Agile Development

SAFe

To collaborate with various teams, including technical teams and marketing teams, SAFe is the most commonly used Agile method provided by Scaled Agile, Inc. SAFe improves business collaboration and delivery processes by providing proper communication.

A localization team is responsible for adapting product components and documentation for various regions. The team needs to collaborate with management, development, and marketing teams. SAFe is an effective way to adapt product components for the localization team as well.
